Nothing more real than how the perception we use in a daily basis can make the day life happier or a total disaster.

Some say that the glass can never be half full without also being half empty, and that both are simply 50% of the glass's volume. Others say that how you view the glass depends on your perspective.
Life perception matters. how you see the glass

The popular phrase "how you see the glass" is a metaphor that refers to a person's perspective on a situation or the world in general. It's often used to describe whether someone is optimistic or pessimistic, with "half full" representing an optimistic outlook and "half empty" representing a pessimistic outlook.

Some say that the glass can never be half full without also being half empty, and that both are simply 50% of the glass's volume. Others say that how you view the glass depends on your perspective.

Here are some strategies to help you see the glass as half full:

1.        Set an intention for each day

2.       Repeat an affirmation to yourself each morning

3.      Surround yourself with positive people

4.      Do something that's outside of your comfort zone

5.      Keep a journal of things you're thankful for

6.      Try to cheer up

7.       See yourself as an optimist

Remember that “Life perception” is how we understand and view our lives, including own beliefs, attitudes, interpretations and experiences. It can vary greatly based on a cultural background, personal values, and life circumstances.

Our perceptions are shaped by interests, prior experiences, and how carefully we process information. And yes, impacts our emotional behavior. It defines our own believes, our interactions with others should go, and who believe we are.

Start making these exercises right now and you will change the path your life takes:
